There's no bounty on spies for the US government. The data on some of the hard drives lists Taliban and Al Qaida fighters and the associated bounty on their capture.

They also said that one hard drive contained the social security numbers of 4 US generals. It just reminds me of those "identity theft" commericals and I picture the voice of an Afghany woman and the body of an American general. :lol

The one with the guy on the lawn mower with the trailer trash voice was the best one ever. "I fell like the prettiest girl in the whole development!!!" That one used to crack me up every time I saw it!!
 
I don't know if it was janitors specifically. Anyone that has access to them and wants to make a quick buck can do it, so it's probably a variety of people.
