What would you do?

Have you ever been discriminated?

So last night me my cousin's went to the bar last night. To clear things up one of them is attracted to the same sex. Things were going good for awhile, then later on his boyfriend came by, they were getting friendly but not that friendly, so the bartender told them that they were, but after they stopped she went on and told them this isn't a f** bar. So was it wrong for her to say it? for starters instead of walking to the table and saying it she broadcasted it. did it really had to be pointed out so openly? Let me know what you think or tell if you had a similar experience, it doesn't have to be the same topic, just anytime you or someone you know felt discriminated against.

Re: Is it wrong?

Honestly? A lot of bars do that, which is sad. They really discriminate against homosexuals and ask them to either leave or stop.

Re: Is it wrong?

With all due respect, I don't understand why this question is asked. Of course it's wrong. So you know what you need to do? Stop going to that bar. I wouldn't tolerate my friends being discriminated against and they won't get my business anymore.

I wanted to know if anyone has had the same experince, I know it's wrong but a lot of people still do it.I also changed the title.

personally..if a guy/girl got friendly in my bar, id probably also ask them to stop it.

would i have called it a fag bar? no, that is rather discriminatory, but i would have told them to tone it down a bit.

sadly most of the time if a guy and a girl get friendly in a bar nobody cares... it is only when it involves the same sex.

but i rarely experience this type of discrimination due to the fact that i just avoid places that i find uncomfortable.
