Which connection?

I'm going to be getting Xbox Live soon for my 360. Anyways, my friend told me that the only connection that works well with the 360 is Comcast. Is this true? Will something like Verizon DSL work well with Xbox Live?
 
I have Verizon...no problems here. I know a few others with Verizon that have no problems. The only difference would probablly be Comcast would be better to host with.
 
Comcast is faster.. if that matters to you.

Even Versus Verizon's FIOS service.... I believe comcast is faster. This is what I have heard though.... FIOS is fast never the less.
