Why? It's Not Illegal is it?

What's Happenin' Everybody,


Someone told me that if you choose to watch "Extreme Videos" from various sites, that you are being monitored by other parties that are watching you.Visiting these sites is not illegal,so why are other people keeping an eye on you while you are looking at this kind of material.If this is true,why?
 
1. Don't freaking look at shock sites.

2. Viewing images or videos of gruesome deaths, particularly ones stolen from authorities such as police or C.S.I. (as most of them are), is illegal.
 
I just so happen to have an extra-large portabella mushroom pizza with garlic knots. No way can I eat all of this myself.

I'm sorry, but I had to remove the links as they are not family friendly. :(

But it really depends on the site. Sometimes spyware can get on your computer and track you... and websites can always track what you do on /their/ site... but that's really it.
