Will there be a Guitar Hero IV?

I mean, Rock Band has more instruments, and it's going to have hundreds of songs by next Christmas, and Harmonix said they're going to be keeping it around for years, so is there any real need for Guitar Hero? I know they're not both made by Harmonix, but it seems like it'll overshadow Guitar Hero, especially since they'll be able to make the instruments cheaper.
