Do you have to have a TV card and controller to use Windows Mediia Center?

If we're thinking about the same thing.....no. I'm pretty sure you can just pop in a DVD and go from there.

Im pretty sure that's a no, but if you buy a Media Center PC Im also pretty sure it will come with both.
