Has any one played Winning Eleven 8 (Pro Evolution Soccer 4) yet? I was checking it out online, and it looks awesome. I was just wondering what everyone thought of it...

Well I just sent my mom to go get the game at the store. I cant wait to try it out. I already downloaded the option file online so my game will be totally up to date. This game is going to be amazing.

Sorry if Im not allowed to triple post, but I just got WE8i and it is amazing. With the option file I found everything is updated. I have never played a better soccer game in my life. I thought Fifa 2005 was great but this blows it away.

I just won the Serie A league today. I love this game. It was pretty close, it came down to me (juventus) and Ac Milan within one point. Milan ended up losing to Inter so all I needed to do was win my last game....and I did! Now Im going to play in the Premiere League. Im not sure which team to take yet.

I had a snow day today, and as some of you know tomorrow Winning Eleven 9 comes out. I spent most of my day today playing some Winning Eleven 8. Im really pumped for the new one. Especially online mode. The game is just so realistic....

Well since Winning Eleven 9 comes out tomorrow it cant be that much. I know I bought it for 39.99 the day it came out. That was a year or two ago.

I was like, why would he get Winning Eleven 8 and 9 within like 2 weeks apart? :lol

I have a question about PS2 online, I bought the adapter but I'm not sure how to hook it up to my cable modem? do I need a router to put it in the TV? I was gonna buy WE9...

yeah you need a router, unless you planned on unhooking the ethernet cable from the modem to your pc and connecting that to the ps2. but then you wouldnt have then interenet working on the pc while you are playing.

Actually, all I do..is when I wanna play PS2 online...I jus take the cable cord out of my computer and put it in the back of the PS2.

yeah thats what I said. If you had a router though you would be able to be on both. But whatever works. So are you thinking about getting WE9? We could play online.

that's it? So I have a high speed modem I just have to unplug it from the PC and put it in the PS2 outlet? I'll try it

says I need a 100Base-TX cable? do you use this? If I could get a step-by-step walkthru that'd be great, I really wanna play online

Im not positive, but isnt that just the ethernet cable from the back of your pc?
