    Is It Normal For Your Computer To Alternate From Slow To Fast Without Viruses,et

    Hi Everyone, Is it unusual for a computer to run slow for a while then speed up,then slow,then fast? I did a "Virus" check,I scanned with "Spybot",I also used "Disk Clean Up".Everything checked out ok,which is what confuses me. God Bless, KAZ
