compatability

Ok so i'm trying to install Quake II right but when i put the CD in it comes up with DirectX(tm) Setup then it has a list underneath and one of the things on that list is Direct3D which it says isn't installed so just wondering how do i fix this? EDIT:Ok so when i double click the Setup.exe and...
