ethernet

this isnt so much a problem as a question. Why does my xbox download things a lot faster than my ps3? they are bothed hooked up to a router on the same line and the 360 blows it away. i was thinking it would be the other way around..

Right now my computer can't connect to the internet even though it has a direct connection to my router. Oddly enough, connecting though wifi on my 360, PS3, and ipod touch is working fine. Even the light by the ethernet port on my computer is on, signaling the there is a connection. Any ideas?

Instead of running that annoying ethernet cord across my house, I am using my new laptop as an Xbox 360 Wireless Adaptor. (To do this, simply goes to "manage connections" on the Vista start menu, highlight both your wireless connection and your ethernet port, right click, and click "Bridge"...

Hey, um i cannot get my ether net cord for xbox live to work on my vista laptop, but i can get it to work on my xx desktop. I get it to work every now and then on the vista, but not always, can someone explain why please?
