Yo! I'm looking for the best PC gaming monitor. Price range is up to 400$, 24" or larger. Any Suggestions?

I've been having trouble finding these and being so desperate, decided to make this thread. The DVD drive i currently own has this issue with its tray, which only opens if you press the button AND hit it with your fist. i haven't found a way to fix this and when buying a new drive i dont want it...
