Ok...  I was happy when my 360 kicked the bucket.  But now my PS3 died.  It stopped reading discs.  I called the tech support, and they went through a few things with me to try to remedy the problem.  They concluded I have to send it in. I don't have the reciept.  I'm almost positive I bought...
