..and how fast did you acquire your current gamerscore?
Reason I'm asking is that I have had my Xbox around 5 weeks now, and all my friends at work seem astonished that my gamerscore is already 4590 (as of tonight). They seem to poke fun in a friendly sort of way, that I am OCD and take it too...
Do you think the advent of GamerScore (360) and Trophies (PS3) is a good thing for gaming, or a bad thing?
It might be obvious already but I'm leaning towards these things being somewhat detrimental. Before, all we got from beating games was a sense of accomplishment, and that was enough.
