1080 Avalanche

I just finished expert mode... and I am on to the extreme mode.

but who enjoys this game? I find it to be a blast. Its definitely one of my favorite snowboarding games of all time.
The music is not too bad either

The sense of speed in this game is near perfect. It rivals burnout 2 in that aspect.

Who else likes this game? post it up!

How does it compare to the first 1080 on the N64? I tried that one and didn't like the controls, so I haven't even tried Avalanche.

well... my experience with the N64 one is VERY limited... very...

so I don't really remember.

All I know is that the music, and gameplay are good. The game is slightly short. Although the challenges can be tough. IF you have a lot of other games to play at the same time... it'll take you awhile to get through... if its your only one...and you are hammering away at the game... expect to beat it fast.

The controls work for me. I have no problems with them..... so I don't see an issue there... but I am not "everyone else" so... you might have a problem with them. As far as I can tell... the controls are right on!

I really do like the game. Heck.. I even got the limited edition ski hat from Nintendo for being one of the 1st 1000 for registering with the game :lol

I think that game is okay. I don't know why, but the the controls felt slightly better on the 64 version, at least from what I can remember.

The avalanches can make for some pretty intense moments.

yeah... the avalanches can be pretty tough too.. IE on Expert mode.
