12 year old on drums

there were a couple places where I could have SWORN the double bass (or the bass drum) sounded like it was either a drum machine.. or electronic drums. That was weird :lol

I love some of his plays on the symbols though... I LOVE the sound of the middle of the large 24" inch symbol :D

That kid is about as good as any decent drummer...so if you are judging by his age alone..then he is OK...but he is really not that good...I have played with many better drummers in my time..so I know.
 
that's better than average :lol man... and then his age... only 12.

Most drummers don't know how to play.

I played with a drummer in Germany... still is one of the best I have heard to this date... if not the best I have heard (not on the mega professional level).
when watching him play.. it was hard to not be amazed.

I said he was as good as any decent drummer..not average drummer...I agree that the average drummer does not play with any kind of skill.I found the video of his playing very bland though...it lacked finesse..one of the most important weapons in a drummers arsenal.I have always wonder why people say things like..look how young he is!Its all about how good they are...not the age of the performer.
 
hey i am learning the drums and i arn't that good but i wish i was then i would be able to leave school and start a band
