every otaku girl i know seems to be in love with either final fantasy VII or kingdom hearts... so maybe they enjoy playing those games??

and sorry about before, i did not mean to stray away from the topic.
 
I have to agree, as a girl, I love RPG's and so do the other girls who game that I know.

Worst experience was when my ex-boyfriend was trying to get me into gaming and decided we should play Super Smash bros with his friends. They all beat my character to a pulp and I was fumbling around trying to figure out how the controller worked. Then they ridiculed and trash talked me. What a bunch of jerks. Needless to say I was furious and didn't touch another game for a long time. Not until Final Fantasy IX which I only played because I knew he couldn't play it with me. Which in turn led to my love of RPG's.

I guess that's a good tip for any newbie though, male or female. Try not to humiliate them right out of the gate or you could turn them off gaming altogether.
 
I dont understand why people have to talk about how much better they are then someone else about video games and sports. Its just...dumb.

Crazy you mention that. Just this last Friday I was at a party and all the girls wanted to sing on Rockband. Only 3 actually got to sing though because my drunk friend Dave was hogging the mic ::)

lol, I had just been on my Myspace this morning and looked at the stream. There had been 4 or 5 tweets since the last time I had logged on mentioning something about sing in World Tour or RB2.
