Any word on XBOX price drop?

Since the 360 is now out and Christmas season has passed, I was expecting a price drop on the older XBOX. Any rumors or predictions on when to expect a drop in price?
 
none on this end. I know some game prices are dropping.... but nothing on the system.

I doubt it will drop until the PS2 and Cube drop. FRom last I heard, the original Xbox is still selling decently.

They actually went up in price from what Ive seen. Yes it includes two games and two months free of XBL, but I would figure they would throw all that in and still keep it at $150. I hope they do drop in price eventuall.
 
Well thats the whole reason I bought the xbox. All the games are pretty much $20. Im happy I bought it when I did.
 
I read an article in OXM from their markey analyzer that said the Xbox price won't drop too much for some reason or another, I'll try to dig it up.
 
I think IGN speculated a price drop around the time of E3. Once the PS3 comes out a nice price drop for Xboxes might help maintain sales a bit. There's no reason to drop them now while they're still selling decently and while the competition really isn't drawing away any attention from the public.
