Anyone Disappointed With Any Of The New Game Titles Released This Past Year?

Is there anything that surprised you? Were any of the games a let down,not as good as you hoped? Games not long enough?,Not as exciting as you thought?Unsatisfied with a new title in some way? Didn't meet your expectations?
 
Well, I had a couple disappointments this past year.

Modern Warfare 2
Halo ODST

I can't remember all the games that came out this past year, but those are the two off the top of my head.
 
Modern Warfare 2 was a good game but if you compare it to the hype it got then no it was no where near as good honestly there was nothing that ground breaking or special about it.

Far Cry 2 it was good on paper but ended up being just a game with extremely repetitive and boring driving which pretty much ruined the game because for the majority of the game that's all you were doing -_-.
 
Let's see... last game that really disappointed me was The Force Unleashed. But it was released in 2008. (On every system except PC).
 
i am probably going to be flamed by this but i was rather dissapointed by White Knight Chronicles, i was just expecting it to be a different game than it was

I don't think anyone will flame you for that. It caters to a very small audience. I'm still not sure if I love it yet.
