I've been playing the guitar for almost a year now...had to get the cord for my 360...and a musical teaching device called Guitar Hero or something. ;)
 
I tried flute for a year, thank god it was only a rental... I wasn't bad at it persay, I just don't understand sheet music at all. Might as well be Greek.

I played Trombone in concert band and jazz band. For um, like 8 years. My cousin's kid has my horn now and she plays better than I did already. :o

I was also in a marching band but we were drum and bugle, and I can't play trumpet, so I did low drum/high drum for a couple years and then snare/head drummer for one. Is it odd for someone to go from colorguard to head drummer in 5 years? :?

And I own a guitar but I can't claim to be able to PLAY it. Playing takes skill. :P

One of my friends played it, too, but we transposed him to bass clef and called it a euphonium. It was really the same horn....
