Hey there guys; I told you I wouldn't be abandoning you! (I just took a week hiatus to get some things worked out before getting full-blown with the site)
In the coming week, I'll have video reviews of Final Fantasy XIII, an exclusive look at the Blur Multiplayer Beta, the Splinter Cell: Conviction Demo, the Just Cause 2 Demo, and more! I'll be sure to post a link to each corresponding article here as they release.

This week's featured App is none-other than "Parachute Ninja", developed by Freeverse.
Parachute Ninja is a very unique title that will keep you entertained on your iPhones and iPod Touches, at peak times of boredom.
You essentially play as a little blob-like representation of a person, who is on a mission to become a ninja, and then the storyline progresses from there. The storyline is just there for kicks, so don't expect anything revolutionary; but what makes Parachute Ninja such a great game is the gameplay.
You play by pulling down on your character and angling him, as shown by a dashed white line, then releasing him like a slingshot onto the next landing point. You even get a neat parachute (hence the name) in order to lightly glide downward in whichever direction you please (controlled by tilting the device), as you fall from the sky.
Your objective is to catch as many fireflies as possible, without falling into the water below or getting hit by any monsters, obstacles, or spiked walls. The more fireflies you have at the end of the level, the better your score will be.
The demo version of Parachute Ninja is completely free to try, and features 6 levels and the introduction to the storyline.
For only $0.99, you can download the full version of Parachute Ninja, and gain access to 30 challenging levels.
If you've got 99 cents sitting around in your Apple account, stop being stingy and go treat yourself to the awesome-factor of Parachute Ninja!
