Are Doctors Overdoing It A little These Days With Respect To Giving Out Prescrip

Good Day Guys!

Do you guys think that doctors(Not the corrupt ones that are bribed)these days are overdoing it a little when it comes to handing out prescriptions?My doctor certainly isn't,several years ago,I spent over a half an hour trying to convince him to give me "Xanax",but with no luck.

Well, as one person sang it. "I don't like the drugs, but the drugs like me!"

Well in this case scenario, it's a two way street. Doctors and Therapist. It's hard to pin point, because it could be one or the other. I'm not the one to judge, you know what books that scare the crap out of me about these kind of pill ideas? "BRAVE NEW WORLD" and "1984". Read them and fear the pills....

When it comes to antibiotics, yes. They were once considered a universal panacea and were prescribed so much that antibiotic resistance among bacteria is a huge health concern. Doctors are getting better with overprescription, but I'd say most a bit too quick to prescribe.
