Behold, the rarest Japanese NES game. Worth over $10,000!

MegaDrive20XX

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.

Now there were only 8 copies of this game actually made. It's still under the records as the WORST Famicom game ever made. Yet thanks to it's special GOLD edition, it's fetched an insane price these days.

$10,000? i dont get it. is the cart made of real gold? ::) i can understand a great game with a low print or manufacturing run, but a game that's no good? i dont understand the value behind it then. who wants to spend that much money on a game you won't even play or enjoy. i'm sort of a collector myself, but i collect to play them as well. not just to have it and say "look how much this is worth!". i could do much better things with that much money, but to each their own.

I agree... I could by 50+ games (depending on the system) with that much.

It is easy to understand. Multimillionaire gamer wants to be accepted in old school community. I agree with all of you....you can buy friend slaves for a half of that asking price. The market for friend slaves run 4G these days since some are unemployed. Haven't bought someone off for 24 months, so I'm doing educated guessing. Anyone know? I'm speechless...I don't know what to believe except stupid investment.
