Just wanted to let anyone interested know that this is up now. At least on XBL, not sure about PSN, though I would assume it would be up on PSN if it's up on XBL.

I need to get more MS points to buy it, but I plan on getting it today.
 
It's the first time I've gotten to experience the game finally. I have to admit, it's really an impressive game. As far back as I can remember, this game was overlooked during the holiday season of 2003 when it was released on PS2, Xbox, and Cube. Especially when I was working at Toys R Us that Holiday season. I think everyone was demanding the Zelda Cube bundles and GBA SP. So I can see how it was easily avoidable. Yet, wow if more people bought it that would have changed Ubisoft's future plans to creating better quality games I felt. This was truly a lost treasure.
 
An amazing game that will hopefully get the recognition it deserves. I have got many people to play this over the years and they have all loved it.
