I was wondering if any of you could tell me how to blow up pictures I find online to be the size of a regular sheet of paper so I can print them.

Hmm.. Well if you save the picture and then open it straight up in Photoshop, you could just adjust the canvas size to that of a regular sheet of paper, and then just print it out from there.

Another way (using Photoshop) is to just open up a blank canvas the size of a sheet of A4 paper (you said regular size didn't you?) and then open up the picture, copy and paste it onto the blank canvas and then press Ctrl+T to drag it to the size of the canvas. Press enter and there you have it.

Print as normal.

If you don't have Photoshop.. I'm not sure

There are free programs, just do a Google search. However, chances are that if you're blowing up the image it is going to look like dog crap when you print it out. The lowest you could really get away with would be about 800x600. Anything smaller will look really bad.
