I have fond memories of being captivated by the Bozo character and watching the cartoons. It was a part of my childhood along with other strange forms of children's entertainment of that time period. But the odd thing about Bozo is that he survived for many years, where as many of those childhood favorites fizzled and faded rather fast. No one remembers Fireball XL 5 with the creepy puppets, or Heckle and Jeckle, Sky King, Lancelot Link (one of my favorites), The Cisco Kid, Batfink, Atom Ant, etc, etc. The list is long. The Bozo character endured and captured the heart of millions of kids for many long years.
