I just use Windows Media Player. Does everything I need it to.

Never heard of it but there is one thing that is a good player is http://www.winamp.com download there winamp 5.08 free version (there are some bugs in the pro version)

winamp plays every format imaginable.

i watch naruto on it all the time and it comes in some crazy formats. :
