Buying a PS3.

Actually, I used to want a PS3. Just an interesting fact. Besides, my name on forums was Sam360 before the Xbox 360 was even announced. True story.

I would definitely buy Uncharted, that is one great game. Also Unreal III is good. Resistance is good too, it was one of the first games that came out. Heavenly sword was pretty good, but I like the other ones better. I bought Warhawk, Assassain's Creed, Motorstorm also but haven't played them as much. Have fun.
 
jesus strubes, stop saying that crap already. i dont hate it because its expensive, i dont like it because it sucks. and dont give me your great game garbage. uncharted? ok, its obvious that sony has played gears of war a few times. ratchet and clank? any different than the 5 other ones? no, not really. motorstorm? uninspired and generic.

and the controller is a piece of garbage as well, it cant compare to the 360s. and if you say you like it more, both you and i know that that's a lie.
 
Hines, out of curiosity, have you tried Uncharted, or Ratchet and Clank Future yet? They're both very worthwhile games and I want to be sure you've played them, before you discount him.

wow Hines... there are great games and u just dont want to admit it. Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, Eye of Judgement, and the games that are Multi-platform. The only thing wrong about the controller is the weight and with Dualshock 3 on the way it wont be a problem. I can bet ur gunna mention games that have problems ie: Orange Box and Madden well guess what Valve didn't develop Orange Box for PS3 EA did and thats the only studio that has a problem with PS3 (If only they weren't lazy and actually developed their games). Oh, you remember Skate. (which was the best developed game from EA this) felt better to play with on the PS3 and they actually took a few more weeks to develop on the PS3 side of things which is unlike them. And it actually worked. Infinity Ward proved that a third party developer can make a great PS3 game (CoD4) it plays like the 360 version and feels like it. So who's to blame for not having good games on the PS3? The developers. Mostly EA but, they've had some good games this year so I won't harp on them anymore (for the time being). As for the 360 vs. PS3 debate I hope you know that developers are starting to develop their games on PS3 first and then the 360. And for those that are reading this I want to thank you and not skipping to the end.

All of these are games scheduled to release in 2008 for the PS3 only...
