can you recommend some good CASUAL strategy games thats not mmo on pc?

i'm itching for a good strategy game but not into mmo. i prefer something i can just play by myself thats good in graphics and not too complex either.

something that like plants vs zombie, army attack(facebook), fantasy kommander, kingdom rush. i'm looking for something simple and fun and not too heavy. i don't mind buying a cheap game if its fun. not a fan of the the facebook games where you are forced to buy points with real money.
 
I love the Command and Conquer games (specifically Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge and Generals/Zero Hour) and the starcraft games. Great games!
 
orcs must die is kind of a tower defense action game, pretty fun and fast paced.

You can't go wrong with the C&C games. Red Alert 2 is still one of my favorite games to this day. I wish people still played it online so that I could actually still play it.
