-Face Palm- Australia what the hell All the other country's lists combined don't even make up the total games that have been banned or may have been banned in Australia.
What ticks me off about this is some psychologist i think it was from either Melbourne or Iowa said that he proved that violent video games cause aggression :
people like that really tick me off because they think they got some fancy degree that they are instantly right :.
There have also been tests done that prove gaming actually enhances some skills and actually betters you. I mean really all this money and time being wasted on trials and tests to prove that "violent video games make you violent" i'm just really getting fed up with small minded people like that ARGH!!!.
Almost every other country went to high school except Australia they had to be kept behind because they still have the shallow and small minded view that games are just for kids and that blood and boobies are a no no for kid eyes even though they will likely learn about those 2 or 3 years down the track :.
I'm sick of these "Think of the children" types who think violent video games should be flat out banned what so us adults don't get a say we don't get to see the blood and guts and boobs even though we are mature enough and smart enough to know it's all fiction.
Parent's who say they want to ban all violent video games to "protect" there children are just to damn lazy to properly monitor there kids instead they are getting the government to do it for them and mean while people who are mature and old enough can't play the games they have a right to play.
