I'm in the mood for some classical music. What are some of your favorite songs so that I can check them out?

Some of my favorites are Fur Elise by Beethoven and Canon by Pachelbel.

And this is going to sound stupid, but who does "Ode to Joy"? Also, what is the song that is used as the backdrop for the Verve song "Bittersweet Symphony"?

"Ode to Joy" is Beethoven. Listen to some of Chopin's music. It's incredible. I was curious about his music when I got Eternal Sonata, and I love it.

"Keeping the Blade" by Coheed and Cambria

its beautiful

all strings and piano

everyone tell me what you think

Mozart's "Requiem in D Minor, Lacrimosa"
Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata"
Beethoven's "5th Symphony"
Beethoven's "Symphony 9"
Carl Oorfs' "O Fortuna"
Patrick Street's "Music for a found Harmonium"
Immediate Music's "Angel Terreste"

Just to name a few, seeing as all I listen to is music of the classical nature.

Eternal Sonata getting to you Mai?

Actually I have always been a fan of classical music. :) I like Vivaldi, Mozart, Beethoven, Pachelbel, Chopin (of course), Bach, etc. I just don't know the actual names of the songs, and if I can get actual song names it makes the songs easier to find.

Not yet, I still don't have a soundcard, so I'm going to have to look it up using my gf's computer or the Wii. Both of which I'm too lazy to boot up at the moment. :D

I love Bach. My twin sis loves Mozart. She says she'd have had his babies if she'd been around to marry him then. :lol
