collapsable boards - feature added

I added this feature.

Basically... see the arrow to the left of the main catefories.... click that.. and the board collapses... in case you want something without so many boards at once... or want to uncollapse / collapse as you go along.

anyway... enjoy :)

General discussion does not have this feature though.

I figured it would help those that wanted to go to certain sections and not others :)

but I do encourage you all to look at other sections as well...

I like it too... as I am going to be expanding some systems back out (so they can have their own forum..etc)

This will be a solution for people in keeping the forums shorter for them.

OR they can expand each section as they go to post in them.
