Oh, I forgot to put down any of the Command and Conquer games for games I would like to play.

1. How often would you compete in a video gaming tournament or series?

I don't play in tourneys often; I'm not good enough at competitive games to really stand a chance. But sometimes it's fun just to participate.
2. Would you like to play in team events or as a single player?
Teams for some games, single for others.
3. How much would you be willing to pay for entry fee for a 4 man team event? How much for a 2 man team event? How much for a single player?
Most of the tourneys I have participated in have been free ones sponsored by GameStop or Wal-Mart, but I guess depending on the game I'd pay up to $10.
4. What games would you play in a tournament/series?
Halo 3, DoA4, SSBB, Gears of War (maybe), Rock Band
5. What days of the week would you most likely participate in a gaming tournament?
Thursdays and Fridays, currently my only days off
6. Prizes will be awarded to the winner(s). What prize would be most appealing to you?
Games or money.
