I've been playing some Crysis... Even though it gets a little warm (okay, pretty hot, but the auto fan ramps up its speed), my good ol' 8800GT can handle the game with all settings on high, 2x AA, at 1280x1024 without hiccupping.

Granted, these pics are with photobucket's compression...

Looks awesome. Do you play windowed? Or do you stretch it across your monitor at those resolutions? I've been sticking with 1920x1080 since that what my monitor supports, but I can't run everything at full settings like that.

Windowed? No no no... My monitor does 1280x1024, so that's what I play it at. I hosted those pictures at photobucket; photobucket automatically compresses uploaded photos to 800x640. I've been eying some 1920x1080 monitors, but haven't purchased one yet.
