Does anyone make their own ringtones and know where I can download software for doing it?

My phone's ringtones suck, and I guess since it's a newer phone, the ringtones I can buy through my service provider also suck. >_<
 
I make my own but I don't know of any software that just does it for you nice and easy. The way I do it is a tad complicated. If you still want to know I can post up how I'm currently making mine.
 
I've never made custom ringtones, but I get all my free ringtones at myxer.com. It's the most reliable that I've found so far. You can get games and wallpapers as well.
 
I always used Phonezoo. It's probably the same as myxer.com. You upload your music or audio file and edit it and then it will send it as a text message to your phone so you can save it and use it as a ringtone.

The one I posted doesn't. Only your carrier charges for data usage or something, depends on how big your files are.
