Hey, just continuing the topic from the other board... we had a good discussion going.
Anyways, I found a site where you can have your own records list... here's mine: http://www.nnr.ca/DDR/profile.php?UserID=2609
I'm working on it still (I need to find my DDR games in the mountains of boxes). Go to nnr.ca and post your own profile, so everyone can see it!

I'd actually like to try this out :)

I never have had a chance to yet.

I kinda agree with Neph... I can't find an arcade around here that has DDR with no crowd of black-coat-wearing gangs. :(
I have to just say to myself that I have a rightful turn to play, then I push through the crowd :lol

Yeah, my friend's kind of like that. She can get 200+ combos on hard songs on Standard mode at home but she's afraid to dance in an actual arcade with an audience. When we went to E3 she was really close to dancing but she chickened out at the last minute. But man, the people dancing at E3 were freakin' awesome. I was like :o Next year I want to take a camera just to tape people dancing to DDR.

I think you're talking about DrumMania, am I right? :D
Mai, I need to go to E3 if they play DDR! I bet I could beat them :P

*Hunts down a camera so I can record myself playing DDR and put it online*

I like the scoreboard thing, I hope Donkey Konga gets something like that.

As for DDR, I'm not in the mood to talk about it. >:( My disk wouldn't load at all, and it was in mint condition, so I...uhh...nm.

Either you sold it, or smashed it against the wall. If you're going to break a CD, I suggest using a flamethrower. It's thoroughly enjoyable.

our arcade has a cool DDR setup.

I definitely want to try it out :) but like many other people... I don't like doing that in front of tons of people.

@Kirby... our local putt putt arcade is NICE. No black trenchcoat people here :) :lol

Hey,
Did any of you hear about the girl who had a heart attack while playing DDR? She had a pre-existing heart condition but still, I'd be a little freaked if I saw some kid just drop to the floor at the arcades :-\......

God, I felt like I was having one after I did about 14 songs in a roll and then decided I was going to be dumb enough to do Max Unlimited. I was sitting on the ground next to the machine after that one...

Yeah, she had an existing heart condition beforehand, and the flashing lights from it, coupled with the moving around gave her a heart attack.

Now I want to meet BV just to go to his arcade and show who's the best at DDR. :-P

All right, I know I'm not the best... lol

But I do play heavy.
I C'd Maxx Unlimited on Heavy recently, and the pad I'm building is almost done. ^^

Yeah, i was about to mention the same thing BV did......putt putt's DDR is a very good one to be at, but, occasionally you get a few small crowds that like to watch and youll probably get too nervous to go up there :p
