I heard that some people are getting hurt while using the Wii.Are they being sarcastic? If not, couldn't Nintendo being facing potential lawsuits,or can Nintendo just relate these injuries to people not using the Nunchaka controller correctly?

I punched my girlfriend in the back of the head playing Wii Tennis because she was sitting on the floor beside me.

:lol

I'm calling Jack Thompson! >:(

Back to the topic at hand though, :lol, people used to break their wrist straps and send the Wii remotes flying through t.v's and other house items. They fixed that problem though, and Nintendo is very detailed before every game on how to stay safe while playing. Honestly, if you get so sweaty that you can't hold the controller, it's time to stop. :lol

I was playing Wii Bowling at my friends house and didnt strap on the wrist thinge, when I swung the Wii mote came out of my hand and broke a glass thing on a table

I had a friend who was playing boxing w/ his little sister, he was losing, so he kicked her legs out from under her so he could win....

does that count?

Hahaha, that's classic.

Me and 3 other people were playing Mario Party and this girl was being annoying so I told her to shut up. She chased me and grabbed onto my shirt so I spun her around and let go (on accident ;)) and she kind of went flying. She stopped right before the T.V., jumped over the Wii and cracked the 360 that was laying there.

You can't make a lawsuit about swinging your arm too close to someone's head.

Nintendo has this covered and had it covered since the beginning. There are MANY warnings about how to properly use the Wii Remote in all Wii games. No lawsuits will hold water.
