Do some people just stop aging, or are they just that awesome?

Crazy. Look at Cindy Crawford, too. She looks pretty much no different then she did 15 years ago.
 
To be fair, Sean Connery was only 58-59 then, and was in makeup designed to make him look older than that. That being said he has aged very well.

Thought I would say Patrick Stewart and Will Smith both aged well, I can definitely tell the difference between them now and then. Look at Stewart in Nemesis compared to say, season 1 of TNG. Looks a lot older.
 
Granted, I just watched an episode of Firefly and plan on LAN gaming this weekend, but comparing Nemesis to TNG (It's sad that I know you mean The Next Generation) just dorked it up WAY too much...

That being said, I'm gonna go with the hitting a level cap theory... :P
