do the store images look fuzzy to you?

I was on a couple dell flat panels at school (new ones) and the images looked a bit fuzzy... I've never seen them look fuzzy ect.

Anyway, are they fuzzy for anyone else (basically all the small thumbnail images..... the text looked fine.)

I've heard that there is a problem with refresh rates from flat panels, but I don't see how that could effect how pictures look. we have new flat apnels at the college and everything looks fine. Not sure if they're the same though.

:lol turd..... no... it was every flat panel dell there... maybe they were cheap dell flat panels..... I definitely wouldn't buy one after seeing that.
OR... maybe it was the graphics card and/or connection to the monitor as well.

Thank you all for your observations.

so everything looks crisp and clean, eh?

You should try to find out what models they are and look up reviews on the internet. Maybe they say something about the fuzziness.

I will do that.. I'll post it up as well so you all don't buy them!

THANKS EVERYONE ! :)
it worried me for a bit as all the monitors showed them like that.... and I didn't want to have to change ALL my images. I test my sites on about 7-8 different monitors as I design them... and about 2-4 browsers. I don't have time to check it all... but I am going to start testing my sites on 7-9 browsers (once I get them downloaded.

thanks again everyone.

the dell monitor has the following description (wasn't on the outside of the monitor.... but I checked the info out in the display settings).

It was the Dell 1704FPV (Analog).

In case anyone was interested :)
