Does anyone NOT like Halo?

Well Yea I'm not gonna go try to dl some 50mb file or anything like that. The speeds I get now are suitable just for browsing forums and the like. I can dl a 4-5mb file in about 4 minutes tops which is decent. Ahh if only I was young again, that way I'd just have Mommy and Daddy pay for Broadband :lol :lol :lol
 
show them how great it is and they'll be begging you to have it, then they'll have to help pay for it
 
Totally! My Halo 2 copy just collects dust but if I had live that obviously wouldn't be the case. Ah well, soon enough.
 
You could use XboxConnect. Not to take away anything from BV, but there is a free alternative to Xbox Live. It is not nearly as good and requires a router, computer, and internet connection, so it's not for everyone. But if you don't have broadband or just don't have $50 on hand, it's a nice temporary way to get an online fix.
 
I love shooters with a passion and I especially love FPS's. Halo 1 and Halo 2 are both great games. I play 2 waaaaaaaay too much.​
 
Stealth...could u send me a pm on how to do that? My friend would appreciate it greatly. I have Xbox live...but his grandma won't allow her credit card to be used...so yea.

I've tweaked all the formatting and what not so it runs like a 56k, I just don't get much drive space which is fine. I will get Broadband this summer as I will have steady work again. Kinda sucks cause' I'm on the pc the most out of my family so I basically got the word that if I want Broadband I have to fully pay for it, it's not that expensive is it?

Holy crap, 36.6? I didn't even know that still existed.

Honestly, my dial-up runs fine. There's just certain sites I can't go to. Mine runs faster than my cousin's cable most of the time. I can't afford paying more than 9.99 a month for stuff, so I got to stick with this. :(
 
Lol yea, this pc is from 2000 so it's "kinda" old. It does good with old DOS games though so it has its uses. I'm like you Aleeock, I can't afford more than about $14 a month, or I won't eat.
