Effective Yesterday (04-03-07) PSP had a $30 price drop.

Yippee! That really persuades me to go buy a PSP! [/sarcasm]
But anyway, I was thinking about getting one for the PSP version of God of War and I played Burnout at my friends house, twas very fun. I also like the Internet function on it. But yeah, this is good.

So, is this a drop for the "core" system or the one that comes with all the bells and whistles?

wow... sounds like someone has Microsoft tattooed on their ***

Seriously now i think the PSP isn't too bad and it has potential but will never touch the DS... but sometimes i regret selling mine because their have been a few good games released lately that wouldnt make owning a psp "suck"

I believe for the core... but all systems/bundles have dropped in price. (so it seemed from the notice)

Used/refurbished systems dropped from $159.99 to $149.99.

The core system dropped from $199.99 to $169.99.

The entertainment bundle dropped from $249.99 to $219.99.

It's a step in the right direction for the PSP.

:lol used systems are ojnly $20 cheaper no? Ridiculous IMO. Refurbished should be $30-40 cheaper... For $20, I'd just buy new.

A step in the right direction? Well... I hate to say it like this, but they are dropping it for a reason. IMO the Core should be down @ $149.99 as of a while ago anyway.

AT LEAST this is a great move for gamers.
