EVENTUALLY!!!, the month the PS3 takes control

Vista is absolute rubbish, as were most of Microsoft's Operating Systems. XP is decent enough, I don't have many problems with it except the prevalent security risks associated with all MS OS's. Seriously though, the best setup is to dual boot with Linux and use the MS OS for gaming. Let's not get too far off topic though, lol.

Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted. Did I miss any?

Lair, Motorstorm, Warhawk...just a few others..despite what reviews may say.

The Wii had about as many good games as the PS3 in 2007. Both should make a huge push in 2008.

see, people are obsessed with hating windows, when there is nothing wrong with it
There are plenty of things wrong with it. :lol

It crashes about 50 times more than any other OS, there are tons more viruses for it, its features were innovative 10 years ago, and now it's fallen behind. They're just too lazy to innovate. Absolute control of the gaming and business markets are enough for Microsoft to sit back and let stagnation take over Windows.

It just sickens me that Microsoft is holding back the progress of the entire market because they would rather re-release the same thing, every few years, rather than innovate.

Quit complaining and buy a Mac. ::)

And "Eventually, the month the PS3 takes control"? All this trash talk about the PS3 makes me want to go out and buy a PS2 game. I mean, Sony has to sell something.

I would like to mention the PS3 has had better sales in its first year than the 360 had in its first. Has for good games for the first year: Lair, Warhawk, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank, Motorstorm, Uncharted, PAIN, and a few other downloadable games from PSN. What did 360 have in its first full year?

That isn't trash talk. It's just a realization that it'll take years for Sony to bridge a 5-10 million console gap.

You're completely right Fr0dus. 360 sales, in its first yera were about the same as PS3 sales.

The 360 did have Oblivion, GRAW, Gears, R6: Vegas, and a few others its first year, so I guess they were about even, in terms of games too.

Oblivion of the 360 also cause problems with the system. PS3 also has Oblivion too. Oh and GRAW and R6. Its kinda sad that people say the PS3 has no games when it has about the same as the 360 had in its first year give or take a few.

360 had, in its first year

viva pinata
kameo
call of duty 2
oblivion
r6 vegas
graw

and now it has

halo 3
gears of war
mass effect
graw 2
bioshock
the best version of splinter cell double agent

and it will have

splinter cell conviction
fable 2
halo wars
gears sequel

so dont try and tell me the ps3 can even compare in terms of games, cherry

Actually Hines..if anything, you helped out his point. The 360 sold the same as the PS3 in both their first years. So what you're saying, is the PS3 didn't need a ton of games to stay with the 360 in sales. I like that. :lol

ok, your argument is pointless. having the most sales has nothing to do with how good of a console it is. and it definitly did not sell as many units as the 360 did in its first year

Actually, it's pretty darn close. And why would the amount of people that bought a 360 buy a PS3 if the PS3 "sucks" as you'd say? Argument stands. 8)

Yeah... :lol

It's funny though as to why you hate the PS3. The only reasons you give are "it sucks" and "it's stupid". It has the games, it has the software, the only thing left to complain about it the price.

Yes it did. The 360 had 6 million units sold in its first year. The PS3 has the same.

Ugh, don't trust what most people do, because most people are stupid. :lol

Well I myself don't feel that the price was too unreasonable...the price to make a PS3 is about the same that they sell for, so really we are paying a fair price...

Exactly. I paid $500 for mine with no complaints. :)
