blame the magazine company Future... they started this ridiculous clues when they bought nintendo power
 
well in my opinion he was good untill after sonic adventure one one the dreamcast after that...well i dont play any of those other games now

ill gladly play the original over shadow the hedgehog or some other weird stuff like that
 
After the masterpiece of Sonic Adventure 1, Sonic died to me. I hated all the games Sonic Adventure 2 and onwards. Sonic + Sword = NO.

sonic adventure was great to me

after that...well...i lost faith that a game after that would be good after seeing all these bad games...
 
shadow the hedgehog and sonic 06 are the worst games i ever played in my entire life.... and other sonic games are decent but not great (secret rings) however there are some sonic games that give me some hope (the rush series)...but a sonic+sword.....it's a weird idea but i can't really count it as bad..
 
Do you all honestly despise Sonic that much that you cant shed even one ounce of the slightest amount of joy for this announcement?

well there's nothing to be happy nor sad about the game because we have no idea what the game is going to be about (except sonic with a sword but that's not much info)

i am disappointed that it wasn't KH3 for wii.
 
KH3 wont be for the Wii, if they havent announced it by now, then they wont announce it. Doesnt anyone get it?

And we have plenty of info on this Sonic game. Enough definitely to warrent people already adding it to their wishlists.

it's not announced for PS3/PSP/360/DS yet so you can't say for sure that they will never announce it for wii XD, is not probable but is possible (like they did with the chocobo dungeon/dragon quest series)

ok if we have SO much info then tell me, what's the story of the game about, tell me 3 facts about the gameplay and tell me who will be the playable characters other than sonic?
 
We can easily deduce what system KH3 will be on. If all of the previous mainline KH games have been on the PS2, then it is clear that the next will be on the PS3. Now it could see an additional release on an additional console if the company sees a viable audience to sell it to, but it would be their primary focus to send it to the PS3 first since it was already home on a SONY console.

We can also easily claim that it wont be on the Wii for several reasons, first KH already spans and builds itself on having a certain appeal for flash, awe, and storytelling, there is no way a game of this caliber, especially the conclusion of a trilogy of games, could be on the Wii. And also Blu-Ray isnt on the Wii.


And for Sonic

WE know that Sonic will be playable as well as Tails and Knuckles.
WE also know that it will involve motion controls
We also know that it will follow the same rules that applied to those in the previous Storybook series on the Wii, Sonic and the Secret Rings
We also know that it will involve swordfighting
We also know that the worlds will be large and expansive.

Anymore info you need?

again *points at chocobo dungeon series (the 3rd one) being on wii and dragon quest IX being developed for DS* so there's no 100% possibility that will be on the PS3, because square-enix sometimes makes decisions that are controversial (but i really don't care). the ps2 didn't have blu-ray but yet the KH games were fantastic on it =P.

you still don't know the story, didn't manage to tell me 3 KNOWN AND ANNOUNCED FACTS, or who will be playable other than sonic (because we don't even know if there's going to be a new character) so there's not enough info about this game to put it on my wishlist

I have yet to find any article that proves any of what I said False.
There is nothing that claims that Tails and Knuckles wont be playable
There is nothing that says that it wont involve motion controls
THere is nothing that says that it is not taking place in a storybook world
There is nothing that says that it wont involve swordfighting
There is nothing that says that it wont have a world that is large and expansive

That simply is enough to force its way onto anyone wishlist, what more do you need to know?! PRice, date of release, cost of production, First Personal Assitant to the Executive of the Cleaning crew of Sega of America?!

But the PS2 was a Sony system thus KH saw release on it. Chocobo Dungeon is a minor series so it needed to be expanded to the Wii because there was more of a userbase to purchase this series that was given one last chance to make some profit from its horrible sales of the first two titles.

Dragon Quest was just added to the DS so then they could take advantage of the large userbase of DS owners and the simpler production time involved for the DS. They could also step down the quality of the game graphics and story and thus cheat gamers of a truly full fledged experience if it were on another console. Its simple really.

KH will be on PS3 becasue there is a large base of PS3 owners now, the game can take full advantage of the large size of the Blu-Ray discs, the expansive experience in new Sound Technology, the innovative control scheme, and the easy access of the PSN. What more reasons could there be as to why it wouldnt be on PS3?!

tails is not playable, only shadow and knuckles have been confirmed so you are half-wrong

i said there will be sword fighting.... (is obvious)
and a world can only be large an expansive if they are like the ones from obvlivion and fallout, and you HAVE NO WAY to prove this game will be like that.

i would like to see some gameplay before even thinking of renting this game... however as of right now there's no info about that.

i already stated the reasons why i think is possible for KH3 to be in a console other than the ps3 and i don't have to repeat myself, while is true that the ps3 has certain superiority that doesn't say with 100% probability that KH3 will be released on it.

the chocobo dungeon 1 and 2 sold very well even though the first one was a japan only game.

the first reason might be right however even if the DS doesn't have great looking graphics that doesn't lower the quality of a story LOL the story of a game has nothing to do in what console the game is on, and anyone can get a "full fledged experience" in any console, is the game that matters.
