BTW....I'm new here and I love the site....Anywho, I picked up this game a little while ago, and i just beat it yesterday. After going back to it, I realized what a great game it was. I liked it better than Halo's SP mode. Does anyone else have this?
 
No, I've heard it's quite the steal though. I hear it has an innovative fighting system...like you need to use stealth and you get to set up traps n such. Is that true?

At the beginning of the game, youre pretty much helpless with only a knife against the dozens of armed mercinaries stalking you, but once you find your 'instincts', you can pretty much run and gun. The action never stops though, and the graphics and sound surpass Halo 2.
 
Yeah, FCI is a terrific game. I really enjoyed setting a bunch of traps and then luring enemies to their demise. After Jack starts to evolve the game moves away from the traditional FPS format into a vicious, melee-heavy brawler (depending on the tactics the player chooses). I just picked up FCI:Evolution and I like it almost as much as the original. It doesn't bring as much to the existing game as the Doom 3/Resurrection Of Evil expansion pack, but since I'm a big fan of Instincts more of the same ain't all that bad...
 
I had this game for a day or two, but didn't really enjoy it. I liked how people could make their own custom maps for multiplayer, but due to the Xbox's hardware limitations they couldn't be any worthwhile size.

To tell you the truth, it was a severe downgrade from the original PC version of Far Cry and I returned it not long after the purchase.
