What is your favorite controller that you have ever used?

Mine would have to be the SNES controller. But Playstation controllers are the one I am most familiar with since they really haven't changed it since the PS1.
 
SNES Controller and the original PSX controller....reason being, was sometimes when playing a game, the analog sticks would get in the way...but after a while, it grows on you.
 
I actually didn't get used to the Dual Shock till the PS2. My favorite controller is actually either the Dual Shock, Controller-S from Xbox, Keyboard and Mouse, or Arcade Joy Pads
 
Mine would have to be the Neo Geo CD game pad. The directional button is the same design that they used for the Neo Pocket color.
 
I have to go with the Gamecube controller.I'm very picky when it comes to controllers.I find XBOX controllers to bulky,SNES too small,I guess I like the Sony ones as well.
 
My gray PSX controller. It's nice. Feels worn in, but not rikity. The buttons still work great too. Good times...

Gamecube was done well for me. 360 was great. I also enjoyed the Wii's controllers. SNES controllers bring back good (and bad lol) memories. :)
 
PS1 and PS2 controllers are the most comfortable and functional. However, I hate having two trigger buttons for each finger, and the use of triangles and circles and so forth was never easy for me to remember. Even so, they're probably still the best.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Dreamcast controllers. If I recall correctly, their controllers were the first to use pressure sensitive triggers and containg open ports for memory cards and such.
 
Well, I wouldn't say there is a best or worst controller since it all comes down to personal preference. For me, I love the Cube and PS2 dual shock controller the most. The PS2 controller is pathetically weak as far as quality, but it sure feels great for most games. The Cube controller is extremely smooth and it's built well, so I guess I'd say it's my favourite.
