Man wouldn't it be great a collectors edition on the PS3 FF 7,8, and 9 and maybe throw in tactics haha...i'd pay $100+ for that easy!
 
Actually considering the discs have such a vast amount of room I'd say they could easily squeeze every FF game that was made prior to FFX, and probably could squeeze that one in there too. Imagine an Ultimate FF Collection with every game in the series including portable system editions.
 
There was something in the rumors section of EGM (I think) where a remake of FF7 is a possibility. But they also said that it would have the battle system of FFXII.

To be honest, I would love to see FF7 with updated graphics and voice-acting. But I wouldn't get a PS3 at launch for it. Too expensive! If they do end up doing a remake I'll wait until the PS3 drops in price.
 
I read the Final Fantasy 7 story, watched AC, and borrowed my friend's copy to finally check it out. Hands down one of the worst RPGs I've ever played. It is now my life's calling to destroy every copy of the game!

Man you are lucky this isn't a pure FF site because that lil comment would garner so many flames you'd lose count. Believe me I've gotten flamed and I didn't even say anything like you said, I just said I didn't think FF7 was very good and got lit up for it. :lol

lol there's a 1 in a million type deal. There IS someone out there that actually doesn't like this game. :lol

Gamefaqs had a top 100 games ever made..and of course number one was FFVII....same with various other sites. Everyone's entitled to their opinion though. Don't worry bigmac...I'm not planning a riot or anything. ::D :lol
 
Well, everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Even if they are wrong. :D

I personally have yet to play FF7. I have played LoD (obviously) and believe tht this game does indeed live up to the hype. And I hope FF7 lives up to the hype also when I get a copy.
