Final Fantasy IV for GBA...Dec 12th for the USA....

you mean I & II? no, this is the SNES Final Fantasy 2 (or aka FF4 from Japan) we are talking about now.

The real Final Fantasy 3 (NES JPN) is suppose to be on DS...but no update on that

Yeah I know all that but wasnt this on Dawn of Souls or were those other games?
 
And to answer the previous questions, Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls had Final Fantasy I & II (Japanese releases)

The United States had Final Fantasy I, but never had the real FFII. When we had another FF release (so-called Final Fantasy II for the SNES), it was actually the fourth Japanese Final Fantasy release.

So, this game is a remake of the US FFII (Japanese FFIV), while Dawn of Souls was the remake of the original Final Fantasy game along with the previously unreleased Japanese FFII.
