Friend Code master list hasn't been updated in awhile

Everyone... take a look at it...

are their changes that should be made? Games that should be added? Or people that need to be added to the lists?

Also, if you run across people that need to be taken off the list due to their Friend Code being inactive... post that up as well.

The main friend code topic is here:

Yeah, I posted my FC in the Metroid Prime Hunters thread a while back...that hasn't been updated.

I had Mario Kart, FFIII, and Hunters, now I just have AC:WW.

It kinda went inactive as practically nobody wanted to play anymore. Adding your FC is one thing, actively playing is another. It's not really worth adding someone if they're not going to play you anyway. If it's isolated games, you might as well just give it to each other directly.

If you want me to, BV, I'll update them.

we should try to create some hours of on-line DS gaming sesions or something like that

@Zidart... While this might help... it would also help if people who wanted to play online announced it / scheduled it...etc.. with the online multiplayer gaming forum. That is used to annouce when people will be online... etc

@Kirby... I would update at least what we got. There are new games out as well... doesn't anyone here play the newer games online as well?

All righty. I'll get to it tomorrow morning.

We still should look into a better system, though. One that would help tremendously both in the areas of DS and Wii WFC is a seperate board inside of the Nintendo boardlist. There we can have individual game topics, without the mixture of discussion topics. It would also help me majorly in keeping it updated. We can put both DS and Wii games there. I would be the one to keep it updated. We can keep the current WFC rules if we do this, and all topics can just be moved (with a redirection topic so we keep our traffic going on the more popular topics) to the new forum. I'd love for this to happen, but it's up to you. :)

So basically, we'll have 6 Nintendo boards... one of them being Friend Codes for DS/Wii games.

I might be able to find a mod that does this... allows each user to have a text area... or something else like that. Only problem is with updates... mods have to be updated as well. I like many of the mods... BUT if the mods aren't updated... we lose the features and that can tick people off. I can't even guarantee that we could get the mod back... if that makes sense. (say if the developer wouldn't update the mod with the new forum version).

This is definitely an option. It would be cool to have something like this... but it can make the puzzle more complex.

Upsides and downsides to everything... but keep the suggestions coming... we can see if we can find a solution.

Aha, sorry... I scrapped that idea and made a new one as you typed that. Check my edit. I'll take care of all the moving too...

I really think that my idea above is the best idea we can do... it puts the work on me, but I can definitely take it. I think something that kinda hindered me is the fact I'm somewhat OCD and seeing discussion topics mixed with the gaming topics is hard. :p I could have it all set by tomorrow afternoon tops.
