I've released the source code for the Neo Geo CD version of Frog Feast.

It's available at http://www.game-shoppe.com. You will need the CD to test out the
compiled program, but the routines can be used without any limitations.

For the Neo Geo CD, the z80, pcm and, audio files are only supplied on the CD. The CD also contains the IPL.TXT file.

Yeah. Developed from the ground up, except for the PCM playback routines, which are from MVS Tracker.
