Frustration.... Snail... in Animal Crossing

well... I'll definitely see the ending... but will the end happen in exactly 30 years?

My firends little brother found one ONCE. They appear during rainy days I guess. The kid never caught it, because he forgot his bug net. :lol
 
sad thing is... I never was able to hit 1 rainy day in september.
.... it is odd.

Now I must wait till April :(

and you know what I played during rainy days... and got nothing. I also looked in the guide... if an insect / fish is to be caught on rainy days.... then the guide will tell you... and well.... the guide says "all day, on flowers"

I also checked after days when it did rain.... *You can find a lot of something (won't insert due to a spoiler)* on rainy days... and never once did I find a snail.

The thing is only worth a couple hundred bells too..... I mean... I have caught bees, and everything else.... but no snail. WHATS UP WITH THIS?!

tell me something, why is it so hard to get this cursed insect.

I am pretty close to giving up on it. Normally I don't care about stuff like this, but come on... how hard can it be to catch a retarded snail?!
That is why I am getting crazy on this thing..... because I am wondering if my version doesn't have a glitch somehow.... I cannot imagine that it can be THIS HARD to get a snail.... :lol come ON! :lol

Have you not heard about Animal Crossing? It's a highly addictive, Nintendo exclusive game. Nintendo's version of the Sim's, I guess you could say...

I know I said last year that I was getting it, but the shocking truth is that I still haven't played this game. I'm going to get it next year or maybe for Christmas so I can start a new game in 2006. I haven't forgotten about it though.

Mind you maybe I should go for the DS version when I get a DS?
 
well..the DS version is a bit different... and IMO it is not near as addictive as the cube version.

it is still fun, but at this time, there doesn't seem to be as much going on as in the cube version.... which I don't get as IGN said there was more...
Maybe it is just at this time or whatever.

yes... well... the snail is only available from april to september.....

SO.... I didn't get it in any of those months.  I am pretty close to giving up.... I swear, it is not in my version....
