Games that made you cry?

Tell the games that make you bawl and why they turned on the waterworks for you. Well, besides Runescape, the closes thing to a "Crying game" for me would have to be Fire emblem sacred stones and Shadow of the Collosus. The only reason I didn't cry in Shadow is because my sister saw the ending with me, and she was all like-"HAHAHAHAHAHA! HE GETS TUNED INTO A ******* (Spoiler deleted)" And laughter is contageous. I didnt laugh at the ending but it took me out of the crying mood for just long enough. Oh, and Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2... My sister ruined those too.
 
I can't recall any game in particular, but I know Final Fantasy 9 tugged at the heartstrings a little with Vivi (one of my favorite characters too).

Now that I think about it, I think Alundra did as well. That game really knows how to kill main characters and still have tihe story flow smoothly.

As for me, cliched answer but: Aries death in FFVII and Meryl's death in Metal Gear Solid.
 
For some reason I remember FFIX to be a tear jerker at times, as well as FFX. But I can't think of the parts where they were. o.O
 
This may sound weird but i cry
REALLY easily.

the ending of kingdom Hearts I.....so moving....... :'(
My parents laughed at me too when they saw how teary eyed i was. :-[
 
What!? I thought I hid the part where you turn into a collosus pretty well. Oops.

About Meryl... You know there was more then one ending right, depending on how you did the torture scene?
 
I can't think of anything that really made me cry. I knwo ther'es plenty of games that've really got me into them though.
Like Perfect Dark: Zero for instance, where that biatch betrays you. But she dies, so it levels out. Just wish you were the one who got here back!

Are you serious? Sure, the ending was very good and more deep than I ever thought GTA would ever come close to being, but crying? Yeah right.
 
It's hard for me to show compassion for videogames, so I don't. I remember though when I first watched Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom on videogamedc, I was bawling when Mario died.

no i didnt cry, i just thought it was sd

i dont think iv ever cried b/c of a game
